This morning, baby was eating, popped off, turned to look at dad and said "Da Da." And then some more babble. This is like when he was first born - is it a smile, or is it gas? Is this calling Dad Dada, or is it babybabble? I choose the former...
Baby has 9-month appointment at the doctor's office today. Perhaps Dad will update afterwards.
Edited to add - the very next day the baby sat up this morning and said "Hi Dada." Still we are skeptical, but it really did sound like that!
